What Is Activation & Resilience Training (ART)?

Activation & Resilience Training is a guided program that helps you build the capacity to work safely with nervous system activation.

Using breathwork, movement, and awareness practices, you learn how to stay present during rising intensity and return to calm with greater confidence.

The Activation Wave Method

Rising Wave

Participants gradually approach increasing levels of nervous system activation through breathwork and movement practices. The goal is not to suppress intensity, but to learn to remain present as energy builds.

Riding the Wave

As activation increases, participants practice staying aware of breath, body, and surroundings. This builds the capacity to tolerate intensity without becoming overwhelmed.

Return to Shore

Participants learn how to guide their nervous system back toward regulation and grounding. Over time, the return to calm becomes faster, more familiar, and more reliable.

Training the Nervous System for Real Life

Learn to move through intensity and return to calm with confidence.

Training the nervous system in this way changes how people respond to stress in everyday life.

Situations that once triggered anxiety or overwhelm begin to feel more manageable, allowing for clearer thinking, steadier emotions, and greater confidence under pressure.

Supportive Cohort


Train alongside a small group of 4–6 participants who are learning the same nervous system skills. The small group format allows for connection, safety, and shared growth throughout the program.

Weekly Guided Training


Each session is structured within a clear container that includes learning, guided practice, and integration so participants understand both the experience and the skill being trained.

Integration & Support


Participants receive brief check-ins and optional reflection prompts to help integrate what they are learning between sessions. Recordings are available if you miss a session.
